Offer a range of training and leadership services - from fully training your staff to be self-sufficient, to extreme opposite of outsourcing process improvement program oversight and leadership to us.
Option 1 
Provide framework and guidance for becoming self-sufficient. We train your staff to become Lean Six-Sigma proficient including a Lean Six-Sigma subject matter expert (or Black Belt) to guide your team.
Option 2
Outsource most of the work to our resources so that we can focus on a single client issue that needs to be addressed without the time required to staff and train the process improvement project team.
Option 3
This option is a blend of options 1 and 2 above. One example would be using our Black-Belt to lead and provide team guidance while also training client staff to assist in the project and gain Lean Six-Sigma team skills.
